Creator successfully deployed BEP-20 token on BSC!
In our continuing effort to build bridges between complementary blockchains, we are excited to announce that Creator is now available on Binance Smart Chain!
As part of Creator’s multi-chain strategy, we have deployed Creator’s technology to Binance Smart Chain (BSC). BSC has seen wide adoption with around 900 dApps, 700 million transactions, and over 80 million unique addresses. BSC focuses on decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and draws on the strengths of Binance.com exchange.
BSC is EVM-compatible, which allows it to run Ethereum smart contracts and use Ethereum-style tokens. It’s a Proof of Staked Authority (PoSA) chain with a limited number of nodes, which allows it to have low gas fees and low latency compared to Ethereum mainnet.
We see this integration with Binance Smart Chain as the first step in growing liquidity across multi-chains, while also preparing for the ability for other assets to live on the Creator network.
With Creator deployed to BSC, this means:
- CTR holders can use the CTR Token to participate in DeFi applications on the Binance network.
- Token holders can start swapping their CTR token in both standards ERC-20 or BEP-20 to mitigate the impact of gas fee and to be more convenient for their CTR trading.
- The Creatorchain deployments on Polkadot Substrate and related services will continue as normal.
